er4u extends beyond billing with paid add-ons: an eCommerce website (₹15,000+GST, ₹0 with Enterprise Plus), payment gateways, delivery & logistics, official WhatsApp API, EDC machine integrations, business-specific modules (HR, Job Card, Rental, Tailoring, Production) and a BI dashboard. Most add-ons are one-time or yearly fees, activated on your existing license.

Official WhatsApp API Integrations

Send all types of transactional & promotional WhatsApp through an official provider. Subscribe to the provider’s plan first, then er4u integrates with it — messaging charges are per the provider’s plan.

WhatsApp messages for transactions fall under the Utility message type. Each platform has different pricing for WhatsApp messages.
WhatsApp messages for OTP fall under the Authentication message type.
WhatsApp messages for promotions fall under the Marketing message type.
The suggested plan for each WhatsApp platform is the one that includes API access — lower plans do not have API access.

Frequently asked questions

When can I buy an er4u add-on?

Any time. Add-ons activate on your existing licence without reinstalling or reconfiguring the software, so most businesses start with a core plan and add modules as they grow.

Which add-ons are free with higher plans?

The eCommerce website and payment gateway integration are included at no cost with Enterprise Max and Enterprise Plus, and the eCommerce Android app is included with Enterprise Plus.

Do add-ons have a renewal cost?

Most add-ons are a one-time purchase. The eCommerce website and app and the Enquiry & Followup CRM carry an AMC of ₹3,000 per year after the first year, the BI dashboard is billed yearly, and SMS and WhatsApp packs work on a recharge basis.

Does er4u integrate with Tally?

Yes. The Tally Integration add-on is a one-time ₹5,000 + 18% GST and syncs your er4u data to Tally on a single button click. It requires a Tally Prime edition on your system.
