Frequently asked questions
Does er4u work without internet?
Yes. er4u offline plans run fully on your PC without an internet connection, so billing never stops if your connection drops. Online plans keep data on the cloud and can be opened from any location.
Is er4u GST compliant?
Yes. er4u generates GST-compliant invoices with automatic tax computation, supports multiple GST rates and HSN codes, and exports GSTR-ready reports in Excel, CSV and JSON. E-way bill and e-invoice APIs are available.
Can er4u manage more than one store?
Yes. Enterprise plans and above support multi-store, franchise and warehouse operations with central stock and pricing, stock transfers between branches and consolidated reporting for the owner.
How many users can use er4u at the same time?
Startup includes 3 users and Premium includes 10 users. Enterprise, Enterprise Max and Enterprise Plus include unlimited users, each with role-based permissions.
