Plans come in 1-year validity and lifetime versions with 10-year validity. Yearly plans renew annually; lifetime plans have a small renewal after 10 years.

Yes — every plan has a 10-year-validity lifetime version, from ₹11,000+GST (Startup Off-10Y) and ₹15,000+GST (Startup 10Y online) up to ₹76,000+GST (Enterprise Multi Off-10Y).

Yearly plans renew annually (for example Enterprise Plus renews at ₹6,000+18% GST/year and Enterprise Multi offline at ₹9,000+18% GST/year). Lifetime plans renew after 10 years at ₹1,500–₹5,000+GST/year depending on plan. The eCommerce website module has an AMC of ₹3,000/year after the first year.

Startup includes 3 users, Premium includes 10, and Enterprise, Enterprise Max and Enterprise Plus include unlimited users. Extra users cost ₹1,000 per user per year.

Yes — plans can be upgraded as your business grows; contact the er4u team and the price difference is adjusted. Ask about downgrade terms on your call.

Renew to continue using the software; your data remains associated with your account. Ask the team about the exact grace and data-retention terms for your plan.

Just pay the renewal amount as mentioned on the quotation before expiry. After expiry you have a 30-day window to renew, during which services and your license are archived — after those 30 days the license gets deleted. Renew on time to enjoy uninterrupted services as per your plan's renewal & AMC.
