Definitions

“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to our Company. “Party” or “Parties” refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake our assistance to the Client, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law of India. Use of these terms in singular, plural or any capitalisation is interchangeable.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using er4u's website and software you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with er4u's privacy policy. Most modern interactive websites use cookies to retrieve user details for each visit; some areas of our site use them for functionality and ease of use. Some affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Customer data and privacy

“Customer Data” means any data the Customer or its Users input into the Products for processing, including personally-identifiable information (“Personal Data”). The Customer selects the Personal Data it inputs at its sole discretion; ER4U Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has no control over its nature, scope, origin, or means of acquisition. We comply — and ensure our personnel comply — with applicable privacy laws governing Customer Personal Data in our possession. The Customer remains responsible for complying with legal or regulatory restrictions applicable to the data it processes, and for properly handling notices regarding its own clients' Personal Data.

The Products let the Customer independently back up Customer Data, and the Customer is responsible for performing regular backups. Nevertheless, ER4U Technologies will regularly perform backups of Customer Data stored in the Products and will assist in recovering and restoring data to the extent commercially feasible. The Customer understands and agrees that ER4U Technologies is not responsible for any loss or corruption of Customer Data or other software.

License, intellectual property & restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, er4u and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on er4u; all rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages for your own personal or business use, subject to these terms. All offers introduced by er4u are subject to terms and conditions. You must not:

• Republish material from the er4u website or software
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from the er4u website or software
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the er4u website or software
• Redistribute er4u content (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)

Charges & service terms

• Bill & barcode print formats: er4u modifies the print format only once, at the time of a new license purchase. Once you give onboarding approval (“I Agree”) or complete 30 days of live usage, onboarding is considered complete. After that, changes or new print formats are chargeable at ₹3,000 + GST per format.
• Features outside your plan: any features or modules not listed in your plan are chargeable if you wish to avail them (subject to availability).
• License changes: changing your store name, GST number, or anything altering the product license costs ₹3,000 + GST.
• Offline reinstallation: if Windows/Linux/Mac is formatted or the software removed and a complete reinstallation with printer setup is required, the service charge is ₹2,500 + GST.
• e-Bill SMS in lifetime plans: the unlimited e-Bill SMS facility in Premium, Enterprise, Enterprise Max and Enterprise Plus lifetime plans is active for 1 year from purchase; afterwards, ₹2,500 + GST per 10,000 SMS pack applies.

Data upload policy

We do not guarantee data migration from your existing ERP or software. Should you choose to migrate data, we require proper Excel sheets in the formats specified by our system, containing confirmed and validated data from your end. Upon receiving compliant sheets, our dedicated team will facilitate the upload into the er4u software. Data must adhere to the formats outlined by our system.

Software updates

We continually improve the software under this update policy:

• Scheduled updates: major updates are scheduled in advance with notice of timing and impact
• Standard features: core-functionality updates are provided to all users at no additional cost
• Customizations: requests outside standard functionality are chargeable, subject to approval on cost and timeline
• Downtime notification: if an update requires downtime, clients are informed 12–24 hours before scheduled maintenance
• Maintenance window: scheduled server maintenance runs 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM
• Support during updates: our team assists during and after updates

Once the software is updated it cannot be reverted; updates are mandatory to deliver hassle-free products and services. Version 3.3.0 or above: the software updates in the same link. Below 3.3.0: our team provides a new updated link containing available stock data, customer masters and supplier masters (basic information only, no ledgers). The old link becomes read-only and closes automatically 2 months after the update — download any data you need before then. For questions, contact us via your unique WhatsApp group or support channels.

Hyperlinking to our content

Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directory distributors, and systemwide accredited businesses may link to our website without prior written approval, provided the link (a) is not misleading, (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and (c) fits the context of the linking party's site. Other organizations (consumer/business information sources, community sites, charities, directories, portals, professional firms, educational institutions and trade associations) may be approved on request — email sales@er4u.in with your details and allow 2–3 weeks for a response. Approved organizations may link by corporate name, URL, or contextual description. No use of er4u's logo or artwork is allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement. Without prior written permission you may not create frames around our web pages or alter the visual presentation of our website. We reserve the right to request removal of any link and to amend these terms at any time.

Content liability, removal of links & disclaimer

We have no responsibility or liability for content on your website; you agree to indemnify and defend us against claims arising from it. No link may appear on any page that is libelous, obscene, criminal, or infringes third-party rights. If you find any link on our site objectionable, you may contact us — we will consider removal requests but have no obligation to act or respond directly.

While we endeavour to ensure information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor commit to keeping the website available or its material up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability not permitted to be limited or excluded under applicable law.
